How it all began:

NEW JERSEY- A Note from the Sales Manager in Parsippany

Insight Global, Inc opened its doors in Parsippany, NJ in May of 2007.  This location was the perfect place for IGI to set up its original New Jersey and New York operations, because it provides great access to all of the major business markets in this area.  Parsippany is such a central location that employees can be in New York State, New York City and all of North and Central New Jersey within an hour.  For an outside sales organization, this is a great competitive advantage.  We are excited to announce that we are now also opening our New York City operations in September 2010!

Insight Global, Inc. is the 9th Largest IT Staffing Firm in America

ATLANTA, GA – July 2010—Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc. (SIA) released the list of the largest IT Staffing Firms in America for 2010, and Insight Global ranked number nine. There were 29 eligible companies for the list who generated more than $100 million in estimated information technology staffing revenue in 2009. Last year Insight Global ranked number 14 on the list.

Insight Global Ranked #35 Largest Staffing Firm in 2010

ATLANTA, GA- July 2010- Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc. (SIA) released the 2010 list of largest U.S. staffing firms, based on estimated 2009 staffing revenues. Insight Global ranked number 35, with $261 million in IT staffing revenue. Insight Global was number 57 on the list released in 2009.

According to SIA, the 2010 list of largest U.S. staffing firms is composed of 92 companies who broke the $100 million mark, down from 111 in 2009. Insight Global has not made any acquisitions since its inception; all growth has been generated organically.

SIA also named Insight Global the 2nd fastest growing staffing firm in the country in 2010, based on staffing revenues from 2009.

2nd Fastest-Growing Staffing Firm in America in 2010

Insight Global has been one of the top 5 Fastest Growing US Staffing Firms for 5 years running.

Staffing Industry Analysts revealed the list of America’s fastest-growing staffing firms for 2010, and IGI was ranked #2 with a compounded annual growth rate of 54.14% since 2005.

The list was composed of 54 staffing firms who all had a compound annual growth rate of at least 15% between the years 2005 and 2009.

Insight Global jumped this year to the #2 spot after spending 2 years at #4 and 2 years at #1, making Insight Global the only company in the last 5 years to remain in the top 5.

Rich Lingle, CEO of Insight Global, attributes this success to the internal employees.

“It’s all about our culture, it’s all about the people we have, and the sales people are always our most important,” Lingle said.

Lingle also stressed the importance of excellent management, a “do-what-it-takes” customer service mentality, strong relationships with clients and perseverance despite the economy.
