We require a bachelor’s degree, but do not favor specific majors for our Recruiter or Account Manager positions. IT Recruiter
Training
An Insight Global career begins with the IT Recruiter position. Our Recruiters attend an orientation and training program at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta. Here, they learn core recruiting and sales skills. Following orientation and training, Recruiters vigorously develop their skills through on-the-job mentorship-based training until they are promoted to the Sales/Account Manager role. Our structured, fast-paced training style enables entry-level recruiters to develop their skills quickly in a stimulating and challenging environment.
Daily Responsibilities
Recruiters manage all aspects of recruiting IT professionals to the Insight Global platform. Their main focus is to conduct phone and personal interviews to qualify IT consultants for positions within our Fortune 1000 company clients. Additional responsibilities include sourcing, screening, checking managerial references, completing paperwork and billing.
As “account managers in training,” recruiters also develop their sales and account management skills by working closely with their Account Manager mentor. This important, on-the-job training gives Recruiters the ability to confidently represent our company’s services and to deliver superior dedication to client service. Recruiters are typically promoted to Account Manager within approximately eight months of starting.

Daily Responsibilities
The role of an Account Manager is to present our staffing services as a fundamental and powerful resource to hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies. Account Managers create long-term business partnerships between Insight Global and corporations in his or her territory. Building and maintaining relationships with Fortune 500 and 1000 company clients through on-site meetings at their offices and at social events are the key responsibilities for this position. The job encourages and requires the Account Manager to expand Insight Global’s client base through networking and meeting new managers. The role requires a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and a dynamic personality.
