Consumer Protection Alert  Insight Global Mediation Services

November 7, 2016

We have received complaints regarding an entity representing itself as “Insight Global Mediation Services.” Based on these complaints, we believe this entity places phone calls to people (who may or may not have an actual relationship with us as an employee or consultant) and requests call recipients to make payments over the phone towards “payday loans” that may or may not exist. We understand that in at least some of these calls, consumers are threatened with warrants for their arrests should they refuse to provide information or make payments.

These calls are not placed or authorized by our company, nor are the calls at all related to information provided by our company. “Insight Global Mediation Services” is in no way affiliated with Insight Global, LLC.

If you are contacted by “Insight Global Mediation Services,” or if you are ever uncertain as to whether a solicitation made is from a legitimate Insight Global representative, please contact your local Insight Global office (contact details available here: http://www.insightglobal.net/locations/), where one of our dedicated recruiters will be able to advise you.

More information about activities like this, including examples of complaints we understand have been directed at “Insight Global Mediation Services,” are available at https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/bogus-debts-bogus-collections. Consumer Protection Alert – IGTMSG Phishing Scam

June 19, 2015

We have become aware of fraudulent activity being perpetrated by a group of persons holding themselves out as “Insight Global Talent Management Solutions Group.” Based on our preliminary investigation, we believe that this group (which is in no way associated with our company) has a pattern of masquerading as legitimate staffing companies in an attempt to induce job seekers to provide personal or financial information, for example by asking for credit card information to pay for a training course that is ostensibly required to be considered for that position. Once they have obtained that information, they will not respond to inquiries regarding status of positions they purport to be staffing (which we believe do not exist) and often cannot be reached at the phone numbers provided.

Please be advised that solicitations coming from persons using the domain name “IGTMSG.com” are in no way associated with Insight Global, LLC. We have contacted appropriate authorities to report this activity and are taking all lawful steps to shut down what we believe is consumer fraud.

Should you be contacted for a position and are uncertain as to whether the solicitation is from a legitimate Insight Global representative, please call your local Insight Global office (contact details available here: http://www.insightglobal.net/locations/), where one of our dedicated recruiters will be able to tell you whether it is a position for which we are accepting applications.
