- Sourcing: We follow tried and true practices that have helped us grow each year to become the third largest IT staffing and services firm in the United States. Through these core recruiting principles, we have built an extensive pool of relevant and highly qualified candidates that allow us to meet specific customer needs and flex as the project scope changes.
- Onboarding: Most of our clients feel that their onboarding processes are extremely arduous and time consuming. To help give managers back this time, where possible, Insight Global take over the full onboarding process. From ordering and configuring work stations, through physical and system access requests, we shoulder these responsibilities while looking for optimization opportunities along the way.
- Training: We collaborate with our clients to custom tailor a training program designed to accelerate new team member productivity. We then own the execution and continuous improvement of the training program, applying our expertise and focus on this crucial employee development element. We also view continuous training as a key component, which not only enables our resource flexing capabilities, but also to retaining our key talent. This enables us to consistently meet or exceed service SLAs, while adding incremental value and efficiency to our teams.
- Performance Management: Whether it is 1:1 mentoring, risk management, delivery metrics or day-to-day program and project management, our dedicated on-site management team is in place to ensure the ongoing success of the engagement. Our ESS model is incredibly flexible to meet our client’s current and evolving autonomy requirements.
