Our IT Department in Atlanta, GA, helps us provide world class customer service to both our clients and our consultants. Our proprietary tracking software, known as IG TimeTrack, provides all of our consultants, clients, purchasing departments, etc. access to vital information such as timesheets, data tracking for projects, billing, invoicing, and more. This system allows us to automate everything: resume submittals, timesheet tracking, online manager approval, and automatically generated paperless invoices.
Our system has software for tracking numerous client metrics, spanning project completion, turnover, and customer satisfaction.
While this system is valuable, it will never replace the one-on-one relationship that our Account Managers have with our clients. We rely heavily on our client relationships to ensure constant feedback about our consultants and our services. We strive to become true partners and to fully understand our customers’ and our consultants’ needs, so that we can serve them properly.
